El Regreso™ Program Description
El Regreso™ is a comprehensive service contract program providing individuals who are working outside their home country with repatriation of deceased remains services. In order to provide these services, we have partnered with leading travel assistance companies who specialize in serving individuals experiencing significant life events.
Once enrolled, the enrollment card is our customer's, and their family’s, key to peace of mind. If an accident or illness results in death, a first responder or loved one should contact us for assistance. Our toll-free and collect-call telephone numbers will be printed on the member's enrollment documents. The Emergency Response Center may be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, toll free or collect.
The Emergency Response Coordinator will ask for the name and member number shown on the enrollment card, and a description of the situation. At that point, we immediately begin assisting the customer's family in the return of the deceased remains.
Should a tragedy occur resulting in death, your loved ones will receive the following:
- Coordinating and paying for the collection and transfer of the deceased to a professional funeral home
- Embalming or cremating services and costs
- Providing an approved shipping casket or cremation container
- Coordinating Consular proceedings and paying for permits
- Coordinating and paying for transfer of the remains to the airport, and boarding
- Paying for air transport of the remains to the destination country
- Coordinating and paying for transfer of the remains to the funeral home nearest the destination city
These services are subject to certain terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions further described in the member benefit package.
30 Day Full Refund Period
You have 30 days in which to review all terms and conditions of the El Regreso™ program. If you are not completely satisfied, please feel free to cancel your membership, and we will promptly refund your enrollment fee.
Non-Covered Expenses include, but are not limited to:
- Hospital or medical expenses of any kind or nature
- Arrangements that were neither coordinated by, nor approved by, us in advance
- Any expenses when death is a result of a suicide
- Any expenses when death occurs in the course of committing a felony
- Expenses associated with your cremation or burial, should they occur in the country of your burial
El Regreso™ is a service contract program. It is not insurance.
Additional Benefits
In certain markets, and as enhancements to El Regreso™, we offer optional benefits that include pharmacy discounts, telephone-based physician consultations, and legal assistance. These programs are not currently available in all markets. If available, information on these benefits will have been included in the printed material that you received.
These additional benefits are not insurance and are not intended to replace insurance. Telephone-based physician consultations do not replace your primary care physician and are not available to visitors or residents of Oklahoma. Certain other terms, conditions, and limitations apply.
